Exceptional villas....
Spend a dream holiday in our luxury villas with sea views and swimming pools, or feet in the water with a covered spa facing the sea in “La maison sur la mer” in Santec, located in Plouescat in Finistère, 2.5 km from the town centre.
Our villas are all independent and all have a landscaped and fenced garden.
The indoor swimming pools are heated to 30° and are self-regulating.
A wide range of facilities are available to make your stay unforgettable.
Everything is planned for your comfort and many activities are proposed to you.

Who are you?
Francis Berrou, I have been at your service since 2002. Living in Saint Pol de léon, I can go to the location whenever you need me. It will be my pleasure to make sure you have an excellent stay in our beautiful region.
Booking and Payments
How can I book?
For a reservation, I can propose two solutions :
- Or book online directly on the site with a link for secure payment through my bank, Credit Agricole.
- Or, if you prefer to pay by bank transfer, cheque, ANCV, leave me your details in the “contact” section, and I will send you a contract by e-mail
Can I request an option ?
Yes, it is possible to make an option for a period. To do this, simply send me a request in the contact section.
What if the dates I am interested in are marked as reserved ?
Schedules are subject to change! Don’t hesitate to leave your details even if your dates are marked as reserved! Can I cancel when I want to?
Is there a deposit?
Yes, the amount is 1000 euros to be paid on the day of arrival. The cheque is returned within 8 days
When do I have to pay the balance?
The balance is to be paid on the day of arrival. For all reservations made by credit card via the website www.villas-bretagne.com, it will be possible to pay the balance by credit card.
Can I pay with holiday vouchers?
Yes, it is possible to pay with holiday vouchers for any amount you wish.
Can my stay be refunded?
If you are unable to enjoy your stay due to a government decision, it will be possible to refund your money or postpone your stay (your choice)! It is not possible to cancel for any other reason. It is possible to take out cancellation insurance
My Arrival
Who will be there on the day of arrival?
I will welcome you on the day of arrival and help you during your stay 7 days a week
Can I arrive before 4pm?
Arrivals are from 16:00. If you arrive at your destination before 4pm, please do not hesitate to contact me. If the rental is ready earlier, it will be possible to enjoy the rental a little earlier. If the location is not ready, you can leave your bags and go for a walk or an errand while waiting.
If possible, I ask you to let me know when you are about an hour or two away from your destination so that I can make arrangements
Can I leave after 10am?
Departures are for 10 am at the latest.

What is included in the price?
The price includes: water, electricity, swimming pool at 30° all year round, Spa at 37°, beds made on arrival, supply of small and large towels, bathrobes for adults and children, tea towels…
What are your services?
Organisation of cleaning during your stay Please give me some notice. The cost is 25 euros per hour.
A concierge service can also be arranged.
